General Terms and Conditions

The web shop, datalogger.shop, is operated by MSR Electronics GmbH, which is based in Seuzach, Switzerland. The General Terms and Conditions of MSR Electronics GmbH apply. All deliveries and services by MSR Electronics GmbH are made exclusively based on the version of these General Terms and Conditions valid at the time of the order. Regulations deviating from these General Terms and Conditions shall only apply if they have been agreed in writing between MSR Electronics GmbH and the customer.

Prices

All product prices are net prices in CHF, excluding VAT, ex works, excluding packaging and shipping. The final price to be paid is displayed to the customer in the shopping cart of the web shop before completion of the purchase. For goods imported into countries outside of Switzerland, customs duties, taxes and fees may apply, which are not included in the final price shown and which the customer must bear. These vary in different customs areas. The customer is responsible for the proper payment of the necessary customs duties and fees. Import duties are not shipping costs. .

VAT

For deliveries within Switzerland and for deliveries to Liechtenstein, the statutory VAT of 8.1 % is added to the product price, which is listed in the shopping cart of the web shop and added to the final price.

Shipping

The order is shipped to the specified delivery address.

Switzerland and Principality of Liechtenstein: Shipping costs CHF 15.00 (flat rate), shipped by Planzer.

Abroad: Shipping costs CHF 52.00 (flat rate), shipped by FedEx.
